Bill McQuade, CPP, CRM
President
Bill McQuade is the founder & president of Final Image Inc. with over 30 years in senior management roles in the security industry. Before establishing Final Image Inc., Bill served as Senior VP of North America for IndigoVision Ltd. a leading global manufacturer of IP video security solutions. Under Bill's leadership, the IndigoVision brand became established throughout North America, securing some of the largest enterprise projects wins in the history of the company.
Bill is an accomplished entrepreneur. His industry knowledge, real-life experience and expansive network of trusted industry professionals allow Bill the benefit of maintaining relevancy and insight in developing successful business and resource security strategies.
Bill sits on the advisory board of Canadian Security Magazine. He is board-certified in Security Management and achieved the gold standard of certification for security management professionals in Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
He is also board-certified in Risk Management attaining the much-respected industry designation Canadian Risk Manager (CRM). The CRM designation is a widely recognized qualification that provides risk managers with a foundation of knowledge and skills needed to identify, assess, monitor, and limit risks. The CRM is recognized by The Risk Management Society (RIMS) and awarded by the Global Risk Management Institute (GRMI).

David Melhado

David joined Final Image Inc. as an Associate Partner in 2013. He has over 25 years of experience as a Senior Loss Prevention Professional with national and globally recognized retailers. Prior to joining Final Image, David held the positions of National Director Loss Prevention with Shoppers Drug Mart Ltd. and Senior Asset Protection Manager at Sears Canada.
David brings a vast knowledge of the retail industry and the challenges it faces in protecting its people and assets. Final Image clients benefit from his understanding and proven track record for implementing sound security policies.
David has an impressive career of innovation and results driven strategies that have significantly contributed to positive financial results and improved operating standards. His expertise includes Personnel Management, Physical Security, Asset Protection, Risk Management, Distribution/Logistics, Investigations and Auditing & Compliance.
Over the years, David has developed and maintained strong relationships with financial institutions, government agencies, law enforcement, and security vendors internationally. He has been an active participant in many committees and organizations such as ASIS International, Canadian Security Association (CANASA), Retail Council of Canada, and National Retail Federation USA.

He has been a critical member of M&A teams, that have been responsible for both the sale and acquisition of companies with a combined value of over $400M.
